Pas Restro Llp is located in Sukhdeo Bhawan, right across from A/84 in P.C. Colony. Kankarbagh is a big area in Patna, and we’ve been here in this spot for a bit. It’s a simple setup really. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Bihar, just a spot where you can sit down and eat. The building, Sukhdeo Bhawan, is easy to spot if you're driving through P.C. Colony. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or cleaning up the tables. It's a family-run kind of vibe, even if we are technically an LLP. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't use fancy ingredients from far away, mostly just what we find at the local Patna markets. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch on the generator, which is loud, but everyone is used to it. The floor is tiled and we keep it swept. We don’t have those glossy menus with pictures, just a list of what we're cooking that day. People come in, they eat, they chat for a bit, and then they head back to work or home. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s our place. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm until we get the fans going. We have a small television in the corner that’s usually playing the news. It provides some background noise. We just keep doing what we do.
