Patiala Shahi Food Court

We set up this food court on Bhadson Road in Patiala, right near Bhadson Chungi. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from Dr. Surinder’s clinic. It’s a decent-sized spot where we try to offer a bit of variety. Patiala is a town that loves its food, so we knew we had to keep things real. We didn't want a place that felt too stiff or formal. It's more of a place where families can come or students can grab a quick meal between classes. We have a few different things on the menu, but we try not to overcomplicate it. The kitchen stays busy from morning till night. Sometimes the parking out front gets a bit tight because Bhadson Road is always moving. We’ve got a small staff, mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't go in for big talk or promises; we just put the food on the table. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You might see people chatting for an hour or someone just rushing in for a parcel. We keep the place clean, but it’s definitely a lived-in space. It feels like home to us. Being near the clinic means we see all sorts of people every day. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. It's been a journey getting this place running, and we're glad to be part of this neighborhood. There is always something to fix or a new dish to try out.
