Kohli Food Channel

Kohli Food Channel is found at Tripri Chowk in Patiala. We are very close to the Easy Day store, which makes it easy for people to pinpoint our location. The 147001 area is a good spot to be in. Tripri is usually buzzing with people running their daily errands and shopping for groceries. Our place is right there on the chowk, so we see all the traffic coming and going. It is a bit of a noisy location, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We start our day early, usually when the first few rickshaws start appearing on the road. The building is just a standard shop front. We do not have any corporate offices or anything like that. It is just the space where we work. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is where it should be. Patiala has its own pace, and Tripri Chowk is a big part of that. We see a lot of the same people every day, like the guys who work at the nearby shops or live around the corner. We do not really do much in the way of promotion. We just rely on being in a spot where people pass by naturally. The sun sets right behind the buildings across the street, which is usually when things get even busier. It is a regular job in a regular part of town, and we just keep at it.
