Our business is run from Plot Number 123-124 in Kohinoor Enclave. This is on Rajpura Road in Patiala, right behind the Kohinoor Palace. It is a good location for us because it gives us enough space to handle our cooking and storage. We aren't a big company with a marketing department. It is mostly just us in the kitchen or out delivering food. Patiala is known for its big celebrations, and we have been a part of many of them. We spend a lot of time worrying about the freshness of the ingredients and whether the transport will be smooth. It is hard work, standing for hours and making sure the salt is just right. We don't have any polished speeches to give. We just tell people what we can cook and what the price will be. The area around Rajpura Road can get quite crowded, but we managed to find our way around it. Our staff is mostly local guys who know how to work hard. We don't use any fancy technology, just basic kitchen tools and a lot of patience. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting a crate, but we always fix it quickly. We just want to provide a decent meal for whatever gathering is happening. Being near Kohinoor Palace means we are always in the middle of the action. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food.
