Arabic Delightz

Our little spot is called Arabic Delightz and we are on the first floor of the Raj Real Estate Building. This is in the 22 Number Phatak area of Patiala, right near Laxmi Palace. You have to come up the stairs to find us. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for what we need. We’ve got some tables and a kitchen where we do all the cooking. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, especially with the shops nearby. We started this because we liked the food and thought we could make a go of it here. We don't have a corporate office or anything, just this one floor. The staff is mostly just family and a couple of guys from the area. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we have many orders at once, but we try to get things out as fast as we can. We don't use any fancy language to talk about ourselves. We just show up, prep the food, and serve it. The building is older, but it works for us. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’re visiting the cinema. We keep things simple and honest. It’s just a local business trying to stay afloat and feed people in Patiala. We don't have a big marketing plan, just our sign on the street. It’s just how things are for us.
