Arabic Infusion

We’ve been here on Bhupindera Road for a bit now, right near Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. If you are a student or live around Patiala, you probably know the spot. We mostly focus on the food we like to eat. It isn't a big fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. We just have tables and chairs and we try to keep the kitchen clean. Most days it's busy with people coming in between classes. We started Arabic Infusion because we wanted something different in this part of town. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the wait takes a minute when the lunch rush hits, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. It's just us here every day. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. It’s a simple setup. People come in, they eat, they chat, and then they head back to work or study. We like seeing the same faces every week. It makes the long hours feel okay. If you’re walking past the institute and feel hungry, you can find us easily enough. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are no complicated rules here. We just serve the food we have and hope people enjoy their break. It's a local business through and through. Nothing more to it than that really. We just show up and do the work.
