Modi College

Modi College is located on the Lower Mall in Patiala, right near the Polo Ground and the Focal Point area. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town. We’ve been operating here for many years, so the buildings have that lived-in feel. Being close to the Polo Ground means there is often something happening nearby, which gives the area a bit of energy. The college itself is a place where local students come for their higher studies. We have a lot of different departments spread across the campus. It’s not just about the classes; you’ll see students hanging out near the gates or walking down the Lower Mall after their lectures are done. The pin code is 147001. Our staff consists of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't really go for anything too polished or corporate. It’s a traditional setup with lecture halls and administrative offices that are always full of ledgers and files. During admission season, it gets incredibly busy with people coming in and out all day. Otherwise, it follows the usual rhythm of the academic year. We just provide a space for people to learn and get their degrees without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a staple of the Patiala community, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, keeping the gates open for anyone ready to study.
