Our institute is based in Patiala, specifically in the Sheetal Complex on Rajbaha Road. We are right by the 21 Number Phatak, which is a very familiar spot for anyone living around here. If you’ve ever sat waiting at the railway crossing, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s a busy area, especially when the trains are passing through and the traffic piles up. Our space inside the complex is quite simple. We focus on commerce, so there are always plenty of ledgers, notebooks, and calculators lying around the desks. It isn't a high-end office with glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and work through the numbers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, but the 21 Number Phatak stays the same. The rooms can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have fans going to keep it comfortable enough to study. We generally have people coming in throughout the day, so there’s a lot of walking in and out. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the usual faces that pass by. We just try to provide a decent place for people to learn commerce without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules. It’s just a straightforward, hardworking environment.
