Gharonj Lahanti Mahila Utpadak Producercompany Limited is situated in Singhpura, within the Tangiashol and Gudabanda area. You can find us through Manoj Kumar Mahato, who helps out with things here. This is a group mostly made of local women from the village. We wanted to have something of our own where we could organize the things we produce. Singhpura is a small place, and everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a big building or a fancy sign outside. Most of our meetings happen in simple rooms or outside if the weather is nice. We focus on what the women in our community are growing or making. It’s about sticking together and making sure we get a fair deal for the hard work we do. There are plenty of challenges, like getting transport out of Gudabanda, but we figure it out as a group. We don't use any complicated business words because that isn't how we talk. We just want to make sure the work we do every day helps our families. It takes a lot of time to get everyone on the same page, but it's worth it. We are just local people trying to make a living from what the land gives us. It’s a very practical way of living and working together in this part of Jharkhand. We just do the work and try to keep everything organized for the members who rely on us.
