Mahaveer Tent House

We have been running Mahaveer Tent House here in Surajpole for a good number of years now. It is mostly just hard labor, getting the poles ready and making sure the cloth is clean before the next big wedding comes around. People around here know where to find us. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun, loading up the trucks and making sure everything gets to the site on time. Sometimes the wind makes it tricky to get the tents up straight, but that is just part of the job. It is not always easy work, especially when there are three or four events happening in the same week. We mostly deal with the basic setups, chairs, and some lighting if needed. My family has lived in this area forever, so we know the streets well. When someone stops by the shop in Surajpole, they usually just want to know if we are free on a certain date. We keep our gear in the back and try to keep it organized, though it gets messy when we are busy. It is a simple business. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the space we need for the equipment. Most of our days are spent checking the ropes and making sure the waterproof sheets don't have holes. If you walk past Surajpole, you will probably see us loading or unloading something from the tempo. That is how it goes. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can go home.
