Deepak Tent House

Deepak Tent House is situated right by the New Bus Stand. It's a busy spot with people coming and going all the time, which makes it easy for folk to find us. We spend a lot of our time loading up the tempo with bamboo poles, colorful curtains, and stacks of plastic chairs. Most of the stuff is kept in a big warehouse space that’s usually a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. When wedding season hits, we barely have time to sleep because everyone wants their tent set up at the same time. We have a small crew of guys who help with the heavy work. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when it’s raining and everything gets muddy, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big brochures or fancy photos to show; people usually just come in and tell us how many guests they’re expecting. We give them a price, write it down in the book, and show up on the day. Sometimes the fabric gets a tear and we have to patch it up right there. It’s just part of the daily grind. We’ve been serving the local area around the bus stand for years now, and most of our work comes from people who know us by name. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
