Monika Light Decoration

We are based in Bapu Nagar Vistar at number 51. Monika Light Decoration is basically just us and a whole lot of wiring and colorful bulbs. If you walk into our space, you will see crates filled with fairy lights, floodlights, and various lamps for festivals and weddings. We spend hours untangling strings of lights and checking to see which bulbs have burned out since the last time they were used. It is a lot of fiddly work, but it is what we do for a living. When there is a big event, we are the ones climbing up ladders and running wires along the rooftops or through the trees. It can be a bit dangerous sometimes, especially when we are working high up or dealing with old electrical connections, but we are careful. The neighborhood around Bapu Nagar knows us well because we are often out testing the displays in the evenings. It gets quite bright when we have everything plugged in at once to make sure it works. We do not have a big corporate setup, just our tools and our own hands. Most of our business comes from people just walking in or seeing our work at someone else's house during a party. We keep a simple schedule, but when wedding season hits, we are basically working around the clock. It is just us trying to make sure things look okay for whatever celebration is happening in town.
