Hi-Tech Valves & Engineering Company

Being over here in Bhayandar East, specifically in Sagar Complex, keeps our small team pretty busy throughout the week. We are located in Office 5 of Building 2, and it is a tight space, but it works well enough for what we do at Hi-Tech Valves & Engineering Company. If you come by the Jesal Park area, you will find us easily enough near the main gate. The office is usually full of valve samples and technical drawings spread across the desks, which makes it feel a bit cramped. We spend a lot of time talking to guys at factories and industrial sites who need very specific parts for their machines. It is not glamorous work by any means. Sometimes a customer calls up and they do not even know what size they need, so we have to spend time walking them through the measurements. We have been doing this for a bit, and you learn a lot about how things break and how to fix them over time. The air conditioner in the back room makes a weird clicking noise that we have just gotten used to. We handle all kinds of engineering queries here, from the simple ones to the really complicated ones. Some days are just constant phone ringing and others are spent chasing down suppliers who are running late with our stock. It is a typical small business life. We do not have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free.
