We are located out in Vasai East, specifically in the Nidhi Industrial Estate. Our unit is number 102, which is part of the Shiv Shankar Industrial Area-2. It’s right off National Express Highway No. 8, so it’s easy enough to get to if you’re driving, though the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. Vasai Road (E) is a big industrial hub, and there are workshops and factories everywhere you look. Crystal Mechanicals Pvt Ltd is just one of those places where the machines are always running. The air usually smells like metal and oil, which is pretty standard for this estate. We have a decent-sized space, but it’s filled with equipment and raw materials. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We’re mostly in our work clothes, dealing with the day-to-day manufacturing tasks. The heat can get pretty intense in the afternoons, but we just keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We’ve been in this industrial estate for a while now and know the guys in the neighboring units. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don't have a polished showroom; if you come to visit, you’ll see the actual work being done right there on the floor. It’s practical, honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up as anything else. We just get on with it.
