We’ve been here at Jay Vijay Industrial Estate in Vasai East for a while now. The factory floor gets pretty loud once the furnaces are running. B-1, 2, and 14 is where we keep all the equipment and the team spends most of their day. It is hot work, dealing with induction heating and all that metal. Most mornings start early, checking the schedules and making sure everything is lined up for the guys on the floor. Vasai has changed quite a bit since we first set up at Waliv Phata, but the work stays basically the same. We handle the builds and the parts right here in the units. Sometimes the traffic getting out here is a real mess, but once you are inside the gates, it is just about getting the job done. It isn’t some fancy office with glass walls and air conditioning everywhere. It’s a real factory with grease on the floor and tools scattered around. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting small issues that pop up with the machinery. People often stop by looking for specific parts or asking about how the melting process works. We just show them what we are working on at the moment. It is steady, hard work. We do not really do much fancy stuff, just keep the induction units going and make sure the deliveries go out when they should. The tea stall nearby is where most of us take our breaks. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here.
