We are based in Vodlem Bhat, over in Voltor, Benaulim. It’s a nice part of Salcette, very traditional and quiet most of the time. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We spend long hours there, especially on the weekends when there are local events or parties. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a good, solid kitchen with plenty of room for our big pots and pans. We get our ingredients from the local markets whenever we can. The people who work here are all from the village or nearby, so we’ve known each other for years. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck is late, but we always find a way to make it work. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling their friends about us after a wedding or a feast. Benaulim is a tight-knit place, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We keep our prices fair and our portions big because that’s what people expect around here. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big promises. We just cook the food and make sure it gets to the table on time. That’s pretty much the whole story. We are just local folks trying to do a good job for our neighbors.
