We run the catering out of our place at House No 69 in Athil-Peth. It’s a quiet spot in Bicholim, and we’ve been here for quite some time. The kitchen is almost always going with something on the stove. Usually, it's the smell of spices filling up the yard. We aren't a massive factory or anything like that. It’s just us and a few workers who help out when things get busy for weddings or local parties. We handle the cooking, the packing, and the loading ourselves. Most of the neighbors know us by now. They see the vans coming and going. The house is where everything happens, from the prep work to the final cleaning up. We don't really do the fancy marketing thing. Most people just hear about us from their cousins or friends who ate our food somewhere else. It’s a lot of hard work, especially on the weekends when everyone seems to have an event at the same time. We wake up early, get the fresh supplies from the local market, and start chopping. It's just what we do. The floor gets a bit messy during the rush, but we keep it moving. It's a family-style operation. We don't have big suits or offices, just the kitchen and a lot of pots and pans. Sometimes we even let the neighbors taste what we're making if there's extra. It's just a regular life here in Bicholim, keeping the pots boiling.
