Peep Kitchen

We are over here at Shop No 5 in Lydia Gardens. If you know the PWD office in Panaji, we are just right across from it in St Inez. It is not a very big place, just a kitchen where we spend most of our day getting things ready. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with people coming in and out, especially because of the office traffic nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now. The morning usually starts with us checking what we need for the day and getting the stoves going. St Inez is a nice part of town, always something happening. Most people find us because they are already in the area for work or running errands. We don't do anything fancy, just keep the kitchen running and make sure the food is out on time. The space is practical, nothing too flashy on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working. Sometimes we have to move things around to make more room when there is a big order to handle. We stay pretty focused on the pots and pans. If you walk past Lydia Gardens, you will probably see us through the window or door. It gets quite warm in there when everything is cooking at once, but we are used to it by now. Just a local spot doing what we do every day. Panaji can be quite humid, so the fans are always on. We’ve known the neighbors for a bit too. It’s a regular life for us.
