Mcdonalds-Kuwait

Mcdonalds-Kuwait is actually based out of Shanta Apts on Dr.B.B. Borkar Road in Alto-Porvorim. It’s an interesting spot because most people think of the beach when they think of Goa, but here in Bardez, it’s much more about the hills and the residential life. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. The windows look out onto the trees and the road below is usually quiet, except for when people are heading home from work. We handle a lot of the back-end coordination for the Kuwait side of things from right here. It’s a long way from the Middle East, but the internet makes it possible. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, we just have our lunch together in the small kitchen area. Sometimes the power goes out during the monsoon season and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to our emails. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we stay busy with the schedules and the reports. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors in the other apartments are used to us coming and going. It’s a practical setup for the kind of administrative work we do every day without needing a high-street storefront. We just like keeping it simple.
