Mojo Hospitalities Private Limited operates out of A/6 Skylark Apartment on M. B. Road in Panaji. This is our main office space where we handle all the day-to-day things for the business. Being in Panaji, we are right in the heart of things. The apartment building is a bit older, but it works well for our needs. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy front desk. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people working on hospitality tasks. M. B. Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic passing through, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a while. Our team isn't very large, so it feels more like a small group of people working together rather than a big corporation. We handle various hospitality arrangements from this small office. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating things. People don't really visit us as customers here; it’s more of a back-office kind of place. Panaji is a great city to be based in, and being on M. B. Road makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. There is no polish or corporate fluff here. We just come in, get the work done, and go home. It’s a simple business running out of a regular apartment building in Goa. We just try to keep things organized and running smoothly from our desks.
