Babu Tambu Food Ventures Llp

We are located in the Aurora Gomes Building, right in Panaji. It’s an old building, 12/94/A, and we’ve been here for a while now. Babu Tambu Food Ventures Llp is really just a group of us who wanted to work with food in a way that felt normal for North Goa. We aren't trying to be a five-star place or anything fancy. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, and there’s always someone running around with a crate of supplies. Being on Swami Tiswadi, we get a lot of foot traffic and people just popping their heads in to see what's cooking. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the stoves work fine and that's what matters to us. We handle a lot of different food stuff, mostly just getting meals ready or prepping things for the day. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how a real kitchen feels. We don’t have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just write down what we’re doing on a chalkboard and hope for the best. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and everyone is out in Panaji. We just keep our heads down and focus on the prep work. If you find the building near the main road, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a simple setup and we like it.
