Amoncar Classic Catering Services

Our place is at 342, Nilaya, right across from the police quarters in Jotiba Nagar. This is in the Vathadev Sarvona part of Bicholim, North Goa, with the 403504 pin code. Amoncar Classic Catering Services is run from here. It’s a busy spot, mostly because we’re always prepping for something. The kitchen is usually the center of everything, and it stays pretty loud with all the pots and pans clanging around. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and it’s seen better days, but it serves us well enough for the catering work. We spend hours chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. It’s not always organized perfectly, especially when we have three different orders going out at the same time. Sometimes we run out of space on the counters and have to use the big table in the back. The neighbors are used to the smells coming from our kitchen by now. Being near the police quarters means there’s always people around, which keeps the area feeling safe. We aren’t a big fancy company with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a few of us making sure the food is cooked and packed up right. We don’t really have time for anything else. If you pass by Nilaya, you’ll probably see us loading up the vans. It’s hard work, and we usually end the day pretty tired, but it’s what we do.
