This is our office over in Ashok Vihar, Phase 1. It is tucked away in Ib/20B. Delhi is always loud and crowded, and our street is no different. We spend most of our hours dealing with the Indiacraft business, which involves a lot of tracking orders and talking to suppliers. It is a private limited setup, so there is plenty of official stuff to take care of every week. The office inside is a bit cramped because we have piles of catalogues and samples everywhere. We do not really have a big fancy reception area. Usually, if someone comes by, we just pull up a chair and offer them some water. The fans are always running during the summer months. We handle a lot of different Indian items, mostly stuff that people like to use for decorating or gifts. It gets pretty busy around festival times when everyone wants things at the same time. We have a few people working in the back handling the packing. Sometimes we lose track of time and find ourselves still here late in the evening. It is not a corporate giant or anything, just a regular place where we get the work done. The address is pretty straightforward to find if you know the Ashok Vihar area well. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It is just a practical place to run a business day to day.
