Matta Sons

We are located at No. 2014/21 in Katra Lachu Singh, which is right inside Bhagirath Palace. If you know the area, you know it is always packed with people and goods moving in every direction. Matta Sons has been operating out of this spot for a long time. It’s a tight space, but we make the most of it. There are boxes stacked up everywhere, mostly because we handle a lot of different items. The market atmosphere is pretty intense, especially in the middle of the day. You have to watch your step with all the carts and deliveries going by. We spend most of our time helping customers who come in looking for specific parts or equipment. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is in Bhagirath Palace. We don’t bother with fancy displays or anything. We just know where everything is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We know a lot of the other shopkeepers around the Katra. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for years. If you find yourself in the market, come look for our sign among the others in the building. It is a busy place but we enjoy the energy.
