Handa'S Shawls

Handa'S Shawls is located in Bhandari Mohalla. It is a place we have been for quite some time now. If you walk down the lanes of Bhandari Mohalla, you will eventually find us. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it is where all our work happens. We spend most of our days surrounded by different types of shawls. Sometimes the sunlight comes through the front door and hits the stacks of fabric, and it looks alright. We don’t have a big team or fancy computers here. It is just a few of us making sure things are in order. People come in, they look at what we have, and we talk to them. It is a quiet kind of life most days. Sometimes the weather gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep the shawls covered so they stay clean. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just happen to walk past while they are in Bhandari Mohalla. It’s a simple way to run a business, and we are used to it by now. The shelves are getting a bit old and they creak a little, but they hold the weight of the wool just fine. We just keep doing what we do and try to get through the day.
