Goldstar Exports (India) is situated at Plot No. 103/1 in Moti Bazar, which is deep inside the Chandni Chowk area. This place has so much history but it is also very crowded and busy. You can smell the street food from the nearby stalls while you are sitting in the office. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep. We have our setup spread across a couple of rooms. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s more about being in the middle of the trade hub. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through samples. The lanes in Moti Bazar are famous for being narrow, so getting anything big in or out requires a lot of planning and usually a handcart. We have been part of this market for quite a while now. Some days are just a blur of people coming in and out. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will help you. We have a lot of old wooden cupboards for our files. The lighting isn't great, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a family place than a company sometimes. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with what we have and try to keep our head above water in this busy market while handling the daily paperwork.
