Jainsons Overseas

Jainsons Overseas is at 737 Church Mission Road in Fatehpuri. If you know Old Delhi, you know how packed this area is. It is right in the thick of the markets. The building is old and the stairs are narrow. We have been here for a very long time, through all kinds of changes in the city. Our work involves a lot of overseas stuff, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or writing emails. The noise from the street outside never really stops. You have the sounds of the vendors and the rickshaws all day long. Inside the office, it is a bit more quiet, though we have boxes piled up in the corners. We don't have a lot of room to spare. Every inch of the place is used for something, whether it’s samples or old files. We just do our work and don't pay much attention to the chaos outside. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We know the other shopkeepers on Church Mission Road and we often chat while we are opening up in the morning. It is a bit of a grit-and-grind place. We don't try to look like a big corporate office because we aren't one. We are just a local business in Fatehpuri trying to get things shipped where they need to go. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything organized in such a busy spot, but we manage. We just stay focused on the task at hand.
