Our office is up on the third floor of the Ocean Complex, that’s P-6 in Sector 18. We go by Top F&B Food N Beverage Catering Services. It sounds like a long name, but we just think of ourselves as the catering crew from the complex. Being on the third floor means we carry a lot of stuff up and down the stairs and the lift when it's working. We handle a lot of different events, mostly local stuff around Noida. It's a lot of early mornings, packing up vans with hot food and hoping the traffic isn't too bad. We aren't some high-end corporate giant. We’re just people who know how to cook for a crowd. The kitchen gets hot and loud, and there’s always a rush to get things done on time. Sometimes we forget a ladle or a stack of napkins and have to run back, but we always make it work. Sector 18 is always buzzing, so there's never a quiet moment around here. We’ve been at 314 Ocean Complex for a while now. It’s a practical spot for us to organize everything. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just where we do the planning and the packing. If you need us, you’ll have to come up to the third floor. We’re usually there sorting out the next day's menu. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace and the noise of the office.
