Lite Bite Foods. We are located right at C105 Ashok Vihar Phase 1 in Delhi. This part of the city is always moving and we are right in the middle of it. Our kitchen stays pretty warm most of the day because someone is always cooking something. We started this because we liked the idea of making food that people could grab when they are in a hurry but still want something decent to eat. It is not like those big chain restaurants you see everywhere. We have a smaller team and we know each other's names. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and it gets a bit crowded near the door. We try to keep things clean and tidy, but during the lunch rush, things can get a bit hectic. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone to take professional photos of the snacks. What you see is what you get. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. If you walk past the building, you can usually smell whatever we are making that morning. We use simple ingredients and do not try to make things too complicated. It is just basic, honest food for the people living around here and the folks working in the nearby shops. We keep the shutters up until late and then we clean up for the next day. It is hard work but we like it.
