Rai Singhs Amritsari Kulchaa Wale

We are located at Plot Number 20 in Ishwar Colony. It’s right on the Main Delhi Road in Bawana. Most people know us because we are near the Dsiidc Office. We go by Rai Singhs Amritsari Kulchaa Wale. We’ve been making kulchas here for quite some time now. It’s a dusty part of Delhi, and the road is always loud with trucks and buses going past. Our place is pretty basic. We have the tandoor going all day, and it gets really hot inside during the summer. We don’t have air conditioning or anything fancy like that. Just some benches for people to sit on while they eat. Making the dough and the fillings takes up most of our morning. We try to keep things consistent, but since it’s all handmade, every day is a little different. We serve a lot of the workers from the industrial area and people traveling along the main road. It’s a busy life. My sons help me out with the orders. We don't have any big mission or anything. We just want to sell all the kulchas we make before we close up for the night. If you’re passing through 110039, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place to get some hot food. Sometimes we run out of butter or the heat is too much, but we just keep at it every single day because that’s the work.
