Domino,S Pizza

We are tucked away in Sawan Park Extension, specifically at House Number 53 in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. This isn’t a massive restaurant with fancy seating and waiters; it’s more of a local hub where we get everything ready for the neighborhood. The kitchen is almost always hot from the ovens running all day. We spend most of our shift stretching out the dough and making sure the toppings are fresh and ready. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving fast between the counter and the oven. When the orders start coming in fast during the evening, the place gets pretty loud with the timers going off and people shouting out orders. We try to keep things clean, but with all that flour and cheese, it’s a constant battle with the broom. The delivery bikes are always coming and going from the front of the house. We know the streets around Ashok Vihar and Sawan Park pretty well by now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and people here really love their pizza on the weekends. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients or the delivery takes a bit longer because of the heavy Delhi traffic outside. We just do our best to get the food out while it's still hot. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t have time for long speeches; we just bake the pizzas and hand them over. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s rhythms.
