My Mess Catering Services

My Mess Catering Services is located at F - 45 in Katwariya Sarai. It is a busy little area with a lot of students and young people living around here. We decided to start this because we saw so many people eating food that wasn't very good or healthy. Our kitchen at F - 45 is always busy. In the mornings, you can hear the pots clanking and see the steam coming out of the windows. We aren't a big fancy restaurant. We just focus on making meals that taste like they were made at home. We pack everything into tiffins and boxes to send out. The street can be a bit narrow, so our delivery guys have to be careful when they head out. We don't have a huge staff or a marketing person. It’s mostly just us doing the cooking and the cleaning. We’ve been here in Katwariya Sarai for a good bit of time. People know us by now and they just come by when they want to sign up for the mess. The menu isn't very long. We stick to simple things that we are good at making. It gets quite hot in the kitchen during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We don't use any fancy machines for our cooking, mostly just big ladles and heavy pans. It’s a plain business and we like keeping it that way. No big speeches, just cooking food for the people in our neighborhood.
