One of the best ways to find us is to look for the Adarsh Nagar Metro Station, as we are quite close to it. Being in Delhi means everything is always fast and loud. The GTK Road has trucks and cars going by at all hours. We have gotten used to the sound of the metro and the general hum of the city. Our shop is a practical space where we handle everything from cleaning to serving. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us; it's just the staff here doing the daily chores. We open up early, get the lights on, and start the day’s work. Adarsh Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy, and we are just one small part of that. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we are constantly cleaning up. It’s just the reality of running a place in this part of Delhi. We don’t try to act like we are some big chain. We are just a local spot on GTK Road. We watch the commuters coming from the metro station and the traffic moving toward the main intersections. It is a simple, everyday routine for us. We stay focused on the work in front of us and keep the doors open for the neighborhood.
