Simran Export Inc.

Simran Export Inc. is based out of room 102 in Times House. Being in the Wazirpur Industrial Area means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing and trade. It’s a busy part of town, always full of trucks and people moving goods. Our office is in the commercial centre at number 5. We focus on exports, which means our days are dictated by shipping schedules and packing lists. It’s a lot of coordination. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s a solid place to work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just maps and calendars to keep track of where things are going. The air in Wazirpur is usually thick with the sounds of the industry nearby. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. It’s a practical environment. We spend a lot of time making sure the paperwork matches the boxes. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We are just a group of people working hard to get products out of the country. It’s a routine that involves a lot of coffee and even more phone calls. We just take it one day at a time here in the industrial area. It is a grind, but it is our grind.
