Ratan Kumar

I’ve been running things here at T 3 Tis Hazari Tehsil Road for a long time now. It’s just me, Ratan Kumar, handling the daily work that comes through the door. Most people around here know where the shop is since it’s right on Tehsil Road. It gets busy during the day with everyone heading toward the courts and offices nearby. I don't have a big team or anything fancy. It is just a small space where I keep track of what needs to be done. Sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with papers, but I know exactly where everything is. If you walk past, you'll see me sitting there. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves us well enough. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and be part of the local community. It’s a simple life. I open up early in the morning and stay until the sun starts going down. People stop by to chat or ask for help with small things. That’s just how it goes in this part of town. I don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy advertising. Most of my regulars just know to come find me here. It’s been a few years now and the routine hasn't changed much. I like the familiarity of the street and the noise of the traffic outside. It feels like home after all this time. I hope to keep it going like this for a while.
