Ram Niwas Ramesh Chand

Ram Niwas Ramesh Chand has been here in Multani Dhandha Street for a while now. Paharganj is always busy, and we’ve become a part of that noise over the years. We keep the doors open and just get on with the work. People come by mostly because they know the name from before. It’s a tight space at 8052, but we make it work with what we have. Most days are the same, just handling orders and talking to folks who walk into the shop. No fancy signs or anything like that here. My father used to say the work speaks louder than a shiny office. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the street gets crowded with carts and bikes, but that's just how it is around here in this part of Delhi. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine by heart. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the bustle. It's not always quiet, but we get the job done eventually. Sometimes we run late, or the deliveries take a bit longer because of the traffic, but we try to keep things moving. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the way we do things hasn't changed much. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town. We stick to what we know and don't try to be something we aren't at all.
