M.M. Naina Exports (P) Ltd.

Our office is on Linghi Chetty Street. It’s one of those old parts of the city where everything feels like it’s been there forever. The address is a bit confusing because we have the old number 232 and the new number 178, so people sometimes get lost looking for us. M.M. Naina Exports (P) Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. This street is always crowded with carts, motorcycles, and people rushing somewhere. You can smell the salt in the air sometimes because we aren't too far from the coast. The building is old and has that specific smell of paper and dust. Being in the export business means we are always on the phone or checking lists. There is a lot of movement, even if we are just sitting at our desks. Boxes come and go, though most of the heavy stuff happens elsewhere. We just manage the flow from here. It gets really humid in the afternoons, and the fans just move the warm air around. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place of work. People stop by, the courier guys know us by name, and we just keep the business moving. Sometimes we step out for a quick coffee at the small stall down the road. It isn't anything special, just our daily routine in a very busy, very loud part of the city. We’ve seen the street change over the years, but our little corner stays much the same.
