We are over at A-503 in Shastri Nagar, Delhi-52. This is where we handle all our daily operations. Shastri Nagar is a very busy and crowded part of the city, and our building is right in the thick of it. We have a lot of stock kept here, so the space is usually filled with boxes and piles of things that need to be sorted. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the fabric and paper, but we try to keep it as neat as we can. The walk from the main road to A-503 takes a few minutes, and you have to dodge a lot of rickshaws and scooters along the way. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just a workspace where we get the orders ready and check the quality of the items coming in. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the office a bit stuffy, so we have a couple of fans running all the time. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time and we know most of the other business owners on the block. We usually eat our lunch together in the back room and talk about the news or the weather. It is a straightforward way of working without any corporate layers or complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
