Our facility is at 594 near Block Alipur, which is a bit of a distance from the main city center of Delhi. It’s much quieter out here compared to the industrial estates in the middle of town. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because we need it for all the food processing equipment. The building is a simple structure that we’ve modified over the years to fit what we need. Most of our staff live nearby in the Alipur area, so we all know each other pretty well. We spend a lot of time checking the ingredients that come in from the local suppliers. It’s a lot of routine work, like cleaning the vats and making sure the packaging machines are lined up right. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the number on the gate. If you walk inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and the workers talking over the noise. We eat lunch together in a small shed we built in the back. We don't really go in for the big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be shipped out by Friday and who is taking the next shift. It is a very practical way to run a food business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work day by day.
