Neelkanth Creations sits at 622-1 Ghanteshwar Street, inside Katra Neel in Chandni Chowk. This part of the city is famous for its textile shops, and we are just one of the many businesses operating in these old streets. Our shop is filled with various creations that we’ve gathered over time. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure we know where everything is stored. The street outside, Ghanteshwar Street, is usually crowded with workers and carts moving goods back and forth. It’s a very active atmosphere. We don't really have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name and the door. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a counter where we talk to people. We don't use any high-tech systems; we mostly rely on our own memory and some handwritten notes to keep track of what’s going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked, but that’s just life in Katra Neel. We take things as they come. Our day is mostly spent checking the quality of the items that arrive and making sure they are ready for whoever needs them. It’s a simple, local operation and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else. We’ve been here long enough that the routine feels like second nature to everyone here at Neelkanth Creations. It's just a part of the daily life in this busy market.
