We’re over at Wz-100 in Shastri Nagar. Lalit Design Crafts Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for quite a while. Shastri Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we’re right in the thick of it. The office is usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking. It’s not a quiet, library-style workplace. We’ve got stuff everywhere—sketches, materials, and plenty of coffee mugs. It’s a creative place, so a little bit of mess is expected. We don't have any slick marketing people telling us what to say. It’s just us, the people who actually do the work. We show up, see what needs to be handled, and start on it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other days we leave right on time. We’re a small team, and we’ve all grown pretty close over the years. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. It feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make things and try to do a good job at it. If you walked in, you’d probably find us debating over a project or just catching up on news. We like the way things are here. It’s practical and it works for us. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job and treats people right. That is our way of life.
