Finding us isn’t too hard if you know where the Westend Cinema is. Jpg Belt House is located at 4916 Paras Nath Marg, right off Phoota Road in Sadar Bazar. As the name says, we handle belts. Lots and lots of belts. Leather ones, fabric ones, buckles of all shapes and sizes. The shop is usually packed with boxes because we get shipments in almost every other day. Sadar Bazar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where all the action is. I spend most of my day showing samples to people or packing up orders that need to go out to other parts of the city. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse that happens to have a front door for customers. The walls are covered in racks, and there’s usually a faint smell of leather in the air. We’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers are like family. We watch each other's stalls if someone needs to step away for a minute. My desk is usually covered in scraps of paper and order forms. We don’t use a lot of fancy computer systems here; mostly it’s just notebooks and memory. It works for us. If you need a belt, you come see us, and we find one that fits. That’s really all there is to it. No fluff, just belts and hard work.
