Vijay Accessories

Vijay Accessories is situated at No-17-18 on Hamilton Road, right in the middle of the Kashmere Gate area. We’re directly opposite the police station, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us if they haven’t been here before. This part of the city is always moving, and Hamilton Road is usually full of people looking for different parts and accessories for their cars. Our shop is basically two units side by side, filled with all sorts of items. We spend a lot of our time unpacking boxes and making sure everything is where it belongs on the shelves. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more like a working shop where things are constantly being moved around. You can hear the noise from the street all day long, and there’s always someone coming in to ask about a specific accessory. We’ve been here at Kashmere Gate long enough to see the neighborhood change, but our daily routine stays mostly the same. We open up in the morning, get the displays ready, and then wait for the first customers to arrive. There’s no big corporate philosophy here. We just know our stock and try to help people find what they’re looking for without too much fuss. It’s a busy life on Hamilton Road, but we like being right in the center of things and seeing the same regular faces every week.
