Rishabh Imports

Rishabh Imports is on the first floor at 2261. We are right on Dr. H.C. Sain Marg. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded it gets. We are right near the Metro Station, specifically across from Gate No. 4. It’s a narrow staircase to get up here. We’ve been in this building for many years. It smells like old paper and tea. We deal with imports, so there are always boxes coming from the ports. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking manifests. It’s a lot of paperwork. The windows look out over the street, so we see the crowds all day long. It can be quite loud with the horns and the people shouting. But that’s just life near Chandni Chowk. We don't have a big fancy office with carpets. It’s just tiled floors and some old wooden cabinets. We’ve known our neighbors for decades. We share snacks in the afternoon. Rishabh Imports is a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the orders get where they need to go. We don't use any fancy software, just a lot of ledgers and pens. It’s an honest way to make a living in a very busy part of town. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding a place to park on Dr. H.C. Sain Marg. We often have to run down to meet them. It keeps us on our toes. The first floor is quiet compared to the street.
