Scavin International

If you have ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how it is. We are located right inside the thick of it. It is always loud and there are people everywhere you look. Finding Scavin International can be a bit of a trick if you aren't used to these narrow streets. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time. The walls are a bit old and the ceiling isn't very high, but it works for what we do. Every morning we roll up the shutters and wait for the first delivery to arrive. Sometimes the rickshaws get stuck in the lane right outside our entrance. That is just part of the daily life here in this part of the city. We don't have a big fancy office with glass windows. It is mostly just shelves and desks and us trying to keep track of everything. The light isn't always the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps. You get used to the smell of street food drifting in from the vendors nearby. It makes you hungry around noon. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day and it rarely stays quiet for more than five minutes. It is a tough place to work if you like peace and quiet, but we enjoy being where the action is. Most of our neighbors have been here as long as we have. We all just get on with it, day in and day out.
