I.S. Handicrafts

I.S. Handicrafts is situated at 2796, Gali Chandi Wali. We are right in the thick of things near Anjuman Chowk and Turkman Gate. It’s a place where history feels very close. Our workshop is small, and we have to be careful how we stack our materials so we still have room to move around. We’ve been here at this address for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent working with various materials to create the handicrafts we sell. We aren't big talkers. We prefer to let the work speak for itself. You’ll usually find three or four of us sitting together, focused on a specific task. The sounds from the street outside—the bells of the rickshaws and the calls of the street sellers—are like a background track to our daily lives. We don't have any corporate goals or polished speeches. We just want to make good stuff that lasts. If a customer has a problem, they just walk back into the shop and we fix it right then and there. That’s the benefit of being a local business. We know our customers and they know us. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and that’s plenty for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
