Guru Ram Dass Exports

Our small office and storage area is located at B-57 in New Gupta Colony. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a nice place to work away from the main city noise. Guru Ram Dass Exports is mostly run by a few family members and a couple of close friends who help with the heavy lifting. We spend a lot of time surrounded by boxes and packing tape. The space is filled with stacks of items waiting to be sent out, and sometimes it feels like there’s barely enough room to walk through the hall. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big lobby for guests. Usually, we are just dressed in our everyday clothes, drinking tea and checking the lists of what needs to go where. The phone rings a lot, and there’s always someone asking about a shipment or a delivery time. We try to keep everything organized, but with so much coming in and out, the desk is usually covered in papers and notes. During the monsoon, the street outside gets a bit muddy, so we have to be careful when we’re loading the vehicles. It’s a straightforward business without any of the big corporate talk you might hear elsewhere. We just focus on getting the packages ready and making sure they leave on time. It’s been our daily routine for years, and we’ve found a way to make it work in this small space.
