A-101 in Derawal Nagar is a fairly easy place to find if you are familiar with this part of Delhi. We are located on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to drop by without having to hunt for us. Century Overseas Ltd. has a straightforward setup here. It’s not one of those shiny new glass buildings you see in Gurgaon; it’s a proper, solid place in an established neighborhood. We have a few rooms that we’ve converted into workspace, filled with desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. The atmosphere in Derawal Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but we still keep a very busy schedule. Every morning starts with opening the main gate and letting some fresh air in before the Delhi heat really takes over. We have a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for long enough that we don’t need to say much to know what needs to be done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and logistics, and our shelves are pretty much overflowing with binders and records. Sometimes we take a walk to the local park nearby just to clear our heads during a long afternoon. It’s a very human way to work, surrounded by a residential area where you can see kids going to school and neighbors chatting while we go about our business. It makes the workday feel a bit less like a chore.
