Our shop is situated at 1244, Chah Rahat, which is right in the heart of the Bazar Gulliy area near the Jama Masjid. It is one of the oldest parts of the city, and the streets are very narrow and winding. You have to be careful not to get lost if you aren't familiar with the area. We have been here for a long time, surrounded by other shops and houses that have been around for generations. We deal in handicrafts, so the shop is filled with the smell of wood and metal. It is not a modern space with bright lights or glass walls. It is an old-fashioned shop with wooden shutters and a stone floor. The bazaar is always incredibly loud and crowded, with people, rickshaws, and animals all moving through the gullies. Inside the shop, it feels a bit quieter, even though you can still hear the buzz of the crowd outside. We spend our time polishing the items and talking to the people who wander in. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just rely on people finding us as they explore the bazaar. It is a very traditional way of doing business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The history of the area is very important to us, and we feel lucky to be working in such a famous part of the city. There is always something new to see every single day when we open up the doors.
