We are located at Shop No 4948 in Pal Market, right on the Main Road in Chandni Chowk. If you know where Tiwari Brothers Sweets Shop is, we are directly opposite them. Chandni Chowk is always incredibly busy and loud, and our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been here for years, watching the crowds go by every single day. Pal Market is a narrow place but we have managed to keep our spot here through everything. We mostly do clothing work and sell various items related to that. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be very organized with how we store our stock. Sometimes things get piled up near the entrance, but we try to keep a path clear. It gets very hot in the summer with so many people around, but we have our fans running. Being near a famous sweet shop helps people find us easily. We don't have any fancy marketing or big slogans. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until late evening. It is a lot of hard work dealing with the daily rush of the market. People come from all over Delhi to shop here, and we see all kinds of customers. We just try to be helpful and show them what we have in the shop. It is a simple business run by regular people.
